Dan Coates is a strange Midwestern fellow, hailing from the land of the Mall of America and Prince—Minnesota, hello! Besides being an intensely creative bassist and fine guitar player, Dan is also the inventor of the world's first (and only) sonically inclined palm pilot. And although we don’t know his whereabouts right now (and neither does he) he can currently be seen playing in the Barbez (think Goth Eastern European cabaret with a disturbed dancing clown singing lead and dancing) and other haunting musical expeditions.
